- You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Account and Profile
- Upon acceptance, you may create a profile and list your services.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date information and for all activity on your account.
3. Content Ownership and Responsibility
- You retain ownership of the content you post.
- By uploading or posting any content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have full rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share the content.
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from content you upload or share.
4. Pricing and Payments
- You are responsible for setting your own pricing from a drop-down price list by creating service packages on the Site.
- Clients book these packages directly through the Site.
- We manage the full transaction process, including collecting payment from the client, holding funds until the client approves the delivered content, and releasing payment to you via PayPal..
- We retain a 20% administrative fee from each completed booking. The remaining 80% will be paid to you after client approval..
- Payments are only released once the client confirms that the content has been delivered and approved according to the booked package..
5. Platform Availability
- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Site.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
6. Removal and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at our sole discretion, for any reason and without notice.
7. No Employment or Contractual Relationship
- Your use of the Site does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with us.
- We are not entering into any contract with you beyond these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Site or interactions with clients.
